Welcome to Bali Green, a spacious and private 4-bedroom pool villa in a peaceful no-through lane on the border of Seminyak and Legian. Designed for families, groups of friends and longer Bali stays, it offers generous space, a lush tropical setting and an air-conditioned lounge — close to the action, yet comfortably removed from passing traffic.

LOCATION

Just around a 12-minute walk from Double Six Beach, Bali Green is surrounded by the best of South Seminyak and Legian. Beach bars, restaurants, cafés, spas, boutique shops and nightlife are all within easy reach, including the lively Jalan Nakula area and the famous Double Six beachfront.

SLEEPS UP TO 10 GUESTS

• Standard setup: The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms, with four double beds.

• Additional beds: Up to 2 extra beds can be added on request, allowing the villa to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

• Please note: Advance notice is required, and a small nightly fee applies per additional bed.

The villa centres around a striking 4 x 8 metre green-stone swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by lush Balinese plants. The pool and garden are beautifully lit for relaxed evening swims and gatherings.

• Garden gazebo: Cushioned seating, a tree-trunk coffee table and a fan create a shaded place to read, enjoy a drink or simply relax beside the pool.

• Tropical setting: The mature garden gives Bali Green a private, leafy atmosphere that feels calm and secluded.

AIR-CONDITIONED LOUNGE, ENTERTAINMENT & KARAOKE

The large living and dining area overlooks the pool and garden through tall foldable doors. Open them during the day to enjoy the tropical setting, or close them for a fully air-conditioned indoor space during hotter afternoons and evenings.

• Entertainment: A 65-inch Smart TV with streaming and premium cable, Bluetooth speaker system, and karaoke set with two microphones.

• Ideal for evenings in: Perfect for family movie nights, celebrations or a relaxed karaoke session at home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and include Smart TVs for streaming and casting. The living room features a 65-inch Smart TV with streaming services and premium cable.

• Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

• One additional shared bathroom is available for the remaining bedroom and common areas.

• Hot water is available in all bathrooms.

KITCHEN & WORKSPACE

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to be practical and social, with a large island bar and five brown leather stools. It includes black granite worktops, a water cooler, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, toaster, microwave and full kitchen utensils.

HOUSEKEEPING & GUEST SUPPORT

Regular housekeeping is included, with daily cleaning available on request. The garden and pool are professionally maintained throughout your stay.
